Senior ASP.NET Programmer

LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

We currenlty have an opening for a Senior ASP.NET Application Developer

Ideal candidate will be both a capable technical manager and hands-on developer. Candidates *MUST* be seasoned Microsoft.NET application developer with specific work experience using ASP.NET, C#, VB and SQL Server.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as technical lead / developer in enterprise C#/.NET web and windows apps
• Manage SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure and design
• Interface with project managers and web designers

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 yrs traditional web development (HTML, DHTML, VBScript, and JavaScript)
• 3 yrs dynamic web development (ASP, JSP/Java, or PHP)
• 3 yrs SQL Server database development (SQL, stored procedures, ADO, ADO.Net)
• 3 yr IIS configuration, security, management and maintenance
• 2+ yrs in .NET web development (C#/VB, ASP.NET)
• 2+ yrs in .NET application development (C#/VB, WinForms, Remoting)
• Experience with bug and source control systems (CVS, SourceSafe)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or demonstated equivalent experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft .NET Certification (MCAD or MCSD)
• Extensive SQL Server knowledge and design capabilities
• Technical management experience (project management, architecture overview)
• MS in Computer Science

Web Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as Lead Web Developer for our customer websites
• Interface with Application Developers to create dynamic data driven sites
• Create Stunning Flash applications for marketting purposes (from concept to completion)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ yrs Macromedia Flash MX
• 2+ yrs Macromedia Flash Object Model
• HTML, DHTML, CSS and other web design tools
• Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks
• Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues
• Advanced ability in Dreamweaver
• PHP ASP XML are all a plus
